AUEB iMBA Energy & Sustainability Club is the 1st Energy Club in Greece, striving to create a knowledge exchange platform among Academia, Market and Policy Makers regarding the hotly debated issues of Energy, Environment and Sustainable Development.
Energy & Sustainability Club operates under the umbrella along with the fervent support of MBA International program of Athens University of Economics & Business (www.imba.aueb.gr) and its academic advisory board consists of six full time Professors.

As Europe struggles to emerge from a severe recession and financial crisis, Energy can undoubtedly be an important driver of economic growth, since it is the lifeblood of the global economy – a crucial input to nearly all of the goods and services of the modern world. Attracting investments and focusing in extroversion, Greece has to look ahead; shaping the next years with specific schedule and sustainable development strategies. Managing resources for truly sustainable economic growth is rapidly becoming one of this century’s greatest imperatives and opportunities.
